HVFCU Announces Multiple New Hires
Poughkeepsie, NY –February 5, 2015 – Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (HVFCU) is pleased to announce the addition of several new hires in Retail, Business Loan Operations, and Organizational Excellence.
Mr. Carmen J. Carrozza joins HVFCU as a Regional Branch Director overseeing the credit union’s Beacon, Carmel and Brewster branches. He has more than 15 years of personal and business banking experience, including service as a District Executive for HSBC, leading 16 retail branches in the Bronx and Southern Westchester. Mr. Carrozza is a resident of Dutchess County.
Ms. Vicki Batten joins HVFCU as Director of Credit Administration with 17 years of commercial lending experience. Since 2002, Vicki has held various positions with a Putnam County based commercial bank, including her most recent position as Commercial Credit Manager. Ms. Batten has a bachelor’s degree that includes a triple major in Accounting/Finance, Business Law, and Economics from Deakin University in Australia. She is a resident of Dutchess County.
Mr. Alberto Burgos joins HVFCU as Manager of Organizational Excellence. In this newly created position, Mr. Burgos is responsible for providing leadership to implement Lean Six Sigma concepts and developing a continuous improvement culture across HVFCU. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, he has over 16 years of leadership experience including recruitment and aviation administration. Mr. Burgos is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified as an instructor for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt instruction. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Park University.
