Poughkeepsie, New York – Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union’s outstanding commitment to their employees’ financial and physical wellness has earned them the distinction of being one of the best. An independent judging panel of employee benefit experts named HVFCU as one of the 2015 winners of “The Principal® 10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security.”: Judges selected HVFCU because of their commitment to employee financial security through outstanding employee benefits. Currently employing over 800 people, HVFCU will be featured in the October issue of Inc. Magazine for this achievement.

The Principal® sponsors the national program, which is now in its 14th year. It honors growing companies (five-1,000 employees) for their commitment to their employees’ financial security.

“We are proud to have been named to The Principal 10 Best list,” said Diane Allenbaugh, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at HVFCU. “We are committed to investing in our employees and appreciate the opportunity to share our best practices with other growing businesses.”
