Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (HVFCU) announced today that Nancy J. Lilly-Hamilton has joined the credit union as its Mortgage Originator serving members and potential members in Orange County, New York. Nancy will work from the credit union’s offices in Newburgh, New York, and Middletown, New York.
Mrs. Lilly-Hamilton is available to meet with HVFCU members and potential members at their place of business or the credit union’s Newburgh or Middletown branches to discuss the many mortgage options available to them. She also is working closely with local realtors, builders and other real estate professionals to help prospective homebuyers finance their purchases.
Mrs. Lilly-Hamilton is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with more than 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She has been a recipient of the Winner’s Circle Award each year from 2002-2007 and has been a member of the Million Dollar Circle from August, 2002, through the present. Mrs. Lilly-Hamilton also serves on the Membership Committee for the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR). She is licensed by New York state to teach real estate practices and procedures and currently teaches at DCAR and the Real Estate Learning Center.
Mrs. Lilly-Hamilton was most recently employed with CTX Mortgage in Newburgh for the last nine years. Prior to that she worked for Fleet Bank as a Customer Service Representative/Teller.
Mrs. Lilly-Hamilton graduated from CMPS Institute in May, 2007, and from Xinnix Mortgage Academy in December, 2005.
