Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (HVFCU) will conduct a Grand Opening celebration at its new Middletown, New York, office on Saturday, June 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event is open to the public and will be held at HVFCU’s Middletown branch located in the Fairgrounds Plaza on Route 211.
HVFCU will be offering incentives to anyone who comes into the branch that day and opens a new Checking Account. The credit union also is giving away five Nintendo Wii systems over the next five weeks. The first Nintendo Wii winner will be announced at the Grand Opening.
From 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., there will be a live radio broadcast by Scotty Mac of K-104. Free refreshments will be available throughout the event. During the celebration, children can enjoy lots of entertainment including a bounce house, face painting, a clown and a magician. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m.
Community residents are encouraged to visit the new HVFCU Middletown branch and join in the festivities.
The full-service branch is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the extended lobby hours, the Middletown branch features two full service drive-up tellers, 24-hour lobby and drive-up ATMs and a night drop box for businesses. A robust web site gives credit union members round the clock access to their accounts.
