Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union announced today that Noreen E. Hennessy has been named to its Board of Directors.
Ms. Hennessy will complete the term of former Board member Patricia M. O’Connell, who resigned her position. Ms. Hennessy currently serves as a member of the Board’s Supervisory Committee, a role she has held for five years.
Ms. Hennessy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has nearly 35 years of accounting experience. For the past 25 years, she has worked at the firm of Passikoff, Heeney and Scott, CPAs, in Poughkeepsie.
Ms. Hennessy attended the State University of New York at New Paltz and is a graduate of Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie. She is a past president and secretary of the Beekman Lion’s Club.
She resides in Poughquag, New York, with her family.
