HVFCU Financial Services will hold free seminars this spring offering guidance on retirement planning for individuals to work towards building, recovering, and protecting their investments to help ensure a secure retirement.

“The seminar will help people become educated about some of the complex issues related to saving for retirement,” said Jeffrey Thatcher, Director of HVFCU Financial Services. “Careful planning is essential, and we will discuss how to evaluate your retirement needs, potential sources of income and how to reach your retirement goals. We’ll give you all the tools to help you get started today on your retirement income strategies for tomorrow.”

The 90-minute retirement planning seminar will be offered four times during March and May:

  • May 1 in Fishkill at the Hilton Garden Inn at 9:30 a.m.
  • May 12 in Poughkeepsie at the Hampton Inn at 5:30 p.m.
  • May 18 in Kingston at the Marriott Courtyard at 3:30 p.m.

There is no charge to attend, but seating is limited.
