Regular statements are delivered via mail while eStatements are delivered electronically. eStatements can also be viewed in two different formats – HTML and PDF. The PDF format is similar to the traditional statement. eStatements are usually available for viewing 48 hours after the end of the month.
There are no fees associated with this service. It is absolutely free.
To use eStatements, you do need to be an Internet Banking user because enrollment and access take place within Internet Banking. It is not necessary to be a Bill Pay user.
eStatements are very secure and are protected by individual passwords, whether a password specific to our eStatements system or your Internet Banking password. For added security, eStatements feature 128-bit encryption to prevent access or interception by others.
Once you enroll in eStatements you no longer receive statements via traditional mail. For record keeping purposes, you are able to print or download a copy of your eStatement directly from the website. To download a copy of your statement, click the “Download” tab and follow the instructions on the page.
You can use the “Contact Us” link on our website to send an email to our Contact Center with any questions or concerns you may have about your eStatement.
You can enroll in eStatements by signing on to Internet Banking and clicking the “eStatements” link from the “Additional Services” menu. New users are prompted to enroll when clicking this link. Once enrolled, you will click the same link to access your actual eStatements.
Each month, HVFCU sends you an email notification that your eStatement is ready for viewing. To view your statement, you can sign on to Internet Banking at any time and click the “eStatements” link from the “Additional Services” menu.
There is no special software package required to access eStatements. However, you do need an internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. HVFCU currently supports the following browsers for Internet Banking usage:
- Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher
- Safari 6.0 or higher
You accumulate up to 18 months of historical statements at a given time. Initially, upon enrollment, you have access up to four months of statements. You can retain your statements indefinitely by downloading them to your computer. To download an eStatement, click the “Download” button and follow the instructions on the page.
Similar to existing statement formats, eStatements does not contain information about HVFCU credit cards. Your credit card transactions are available through the GoToMyCard website. You can access GoToMyCard from the Access Credit Card link on our homepage or from your account details within Internet Banking.
If you are not accessing eStatements from within Internet Banking, each member number does need to have an independent username. HVFCU recommends using your member numbers as your usernames to help you better identify your accounts. You can specify identical passwords under each of the member numbers.

To stop receiving eStatements, simply click the “Cancel eStatements” button within the eStatements website.
